.- Consolidation of the project to current regulations and specific technical requirements of the Public Administration that will receive it.
.- Management and development of all those previous works to the start of the work involved in the process of contracting it, both in the selection of offers and the comparative study of them.
.- Tracing and coordination of means in the execution of the planned urbanization works.
.- Documentation and binding relationship with the official organizations linked to the tasks in progress in the work, as well as with the concessionary companies of the services and infrastructure generated in the area of implementation.
.- Detailed and sufficient information to the Property of the economic development and deadlines for the execution of the work in progress.
.- Management of the relationship with the contractor, if 2002 EPSICU S.L. is not the awardee of the works, in all the technical and economic aspects of the work.
.- Detailed proposal of any technical solution that can improve the execution of road development works.
.- Control of all the areas involved in the construction process, from the reception and quality control of the elements to be used, to the correct execution and implementation of them.
.- Revision and confirmation of the monthly work certifications.
.- Report to the Property of the confirmed results supporting Management in the approach of the future management of the works finally executed.

.- Any type of activity, both in the private sphere and in that of the Public Administration, developed by the Land Planning, Urban Planning and Landscape Law (LOTUP) of the Generalitat Valenciana.
.- Intervention in all types of legal-urban process, both in its legal and technical aspects.
.- Planning: General Plans, Partial Plans, Approvals, etc.
.- Programming of actions, both isolated and integrated, in all its phases, technical alternative, economic legal proposal, urbanization projects, reparcelling, etc.
.- Other urban development actions such as expropriations, reserves and transfers of exploitation, declarations of community interest.

.- Roads, accesses, links and other elements thereof.

Since the constitution of 2002 EPSICU S.L. our objective has been to implement the Project Management in all our works, carrying out the integral management of the work to be executed from the beginning of it, following the requirements requested by our clients.
Similarly, we develop the Project Monitoring of the ongoing Projects, reporting at all times the supporting documentation of the activities in progress and with a justified result of the entire construction process, subject to the quality, deadlines and costs set by the client.
We execute any type of key on hand work related to the previous epigraphs, from the preliminary study and drafting phase of the Technical Project, including the Optional Management of the same, until the completion of the work as a contractor. And we are qualified for the execution of any type of building, from a single-family house of a certain size to the complete construction and interior urbanization of the same.
